When closing down:

1. Bring all snacks and candy in off of table - close and stow table inside of POD

2. Shut down generator by turning to off position -wheel generator into POD

3. Empty all coolers of ice and restock coolers and chip holders for the following week

4. Gather all trash and put bags by stand.

5. Close and lock POD behind you.

All teams will conduct all practice and play games at the Chartiers Valley Intermediate Center on Swallow Hill Road.
With the exception of U13 and U14 Travel games will be at the CVHS Stadium
Practice can begin immediately as of today 3/17/08, or ASAP.
The Primary School is off limits for practice until further notice.
Weekday practices at Primary School cannot begin until 5:30 PM or after the middle school games or practices are complete.
Be smart and do not ruin the fields, do not practice is it is raining hard, the field is extremely wet, or if there is lightning.
We must move all goals from the fields after practice and put them back in between the fields were the bleachers are. We can not leave them on the field for the middle school team or middle school employees to have to move.

COACH CHECKLIST Risk Management

Medical Release Forms: Coach has distributed and received back all signed form. * Forms must be completed for all InHouse and Travel players, except U-18 and up. * Coach keeps signed forms

Disclosure Forms: All head coaches and assistant coaches have signed and returned to Stanley Lasek, Risk Management Commissioner.

Parent/Coach Code of Conduct Form: All parents have read and signed the Coach Copy. Coach copy is returned to Stanley Lasek, Risk Management Commissioner. Coach can either print copies to give to parents, or ask parents to download from website.
